Key Responsibilities:
Increase sales and secure new projects in civil, electrical, and mechanical fit-out works
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and pricing
Coordinate with site teams and follow up on project progress
Manage client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in Qatar in contracting or fit-out industries
Strong skills in sales, estimation, and negotiation
Fluency in Arabic and English
Valid residence permit and Qatari driving license
