Job Responsibilities:
Assess staff skills and identify training needs
Deliver hands-on, on-the-job training
Train staff on the safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
Monitor training outcomes and update training materials as needed
Promote safety standards and consistency in service quality
Maintain training records and prepare progress reports

Cleaning Services Covered in Training:
Residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and pre- and post-move cleaning
Sofa, carpet, curtain, and mattress cleaning
Marble polishing and water tank disinfection
Garden cleaning and post-event cleaning
Caravan cleaning, window cleaning, and high-pressure cleaning

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training
Practical knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and techniques
