According to Qatar Labour Law, expatriate workers are entitled to receive their salaries and end-of-service gratuity from the employer. In case of delay or refusal to pay the salary or gratuity, the worker must file a complaint against the employer or the establishment.
If the employer delays or denies the gratuity payment without a valid legal reason, you (as a worker) must register a labour complaint. To complete the complaint procedures, you can access the Ministry of Labour (MOL) website or visit one of the Ministry's service centers near your location.
