Submit a request to change employer
Do you want to change your current employer to another?
The purpose of this service is for the Ministry of Labour to review requests for changing the employer of a resident worker in the State of Qatar and to make a decision to approve or reject the worker’s transfer from one employer to another.
Service Requirements
- The national address should be registered for all parties involved (new employer, old employer, worker)
- Only the new employer and the worker can submit the application
- Smart card to verify (through NAS) the identity of establishment personnel authorized to use the service
- Service is only available for authorized signatory
- Individuals who has previously registered with the National Authentication System (NAS) can enter the Individual Portal to use the service
- Individuals who are not registered on NAS can use the following link to register. However, before doing so, they must ensure that their mobile number is registered with their QID.
