Requirements for Transferring Electricity Number (Kahramaa) to Tenant's Name:
Basic Requirements:
- Owner's QID (Front & Back) or a valid Establishment ID
- Tenant's QID (Front & Back)
- Valid Lease Agreement certified by the Ministry of Municipality (Contract Registration Certificate), including:
- Contract start and end dates
- Signatures of the owner and tenant matching the QID or Establishment ID
- Rent value
- Valid Sublease Agreement (if applicable)
Additional Attachments (If the property is under heirs' names):
- Heirship Certificate
- Official Power of Attorney from the authorized heirs
Additional documents may be requested depending on the application status, and you will be notified accordingly.
