• Develop and implement required manuals, policies, procedures, and templates.
• Train teams and provide necessary technical consultancy.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for final certification audits.

Requirements:
• Proven and documented experience in consultancy within Qatar.
• Thorough knowledge of donor requirements and international standards.
